SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions

MPORTANT! PLEASE READ THESE SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”) CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR THE COPPER SALES INFO TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM. BY SIGNING UP FOR THIS TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY AND BE BOUND TO THESE TERMS and you expressly consent to receive marketing or non-marketing text messages, as applicable, from Copper Sales, including text messages made with an automatic telephone dialing system (“autodialer”), at the telephone number(s) that you provide.

You may opt-out of these communications at any time. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency may vary. By signing up, you are confirming you are over the age of 13.

Program Description

Copper Sales, through third-party service providers, may use an autodialer to deliver text messages to you. Copper Sales text messages are intended to provide you with marketing and promotional information.

COST

Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Copper Sales text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Copper Sales does not impose a separate fee for sending Girl Scout text messages; however, you are responsible for any fees imposed by your mobile carrier of any kind whatsoever.

Your Mobile Telephone Number

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you enroll. You are responsible for notifying Copper Sales immediately if you change your mobile telephone number.

You agree to indemnify Copper Sales in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify Copper Sales if you change your telephone number including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Access or Delivery to Mobile Network is Not Guaranteed

It is your responsibility to determine if your mobile carrier supports text messaging and if your mobile device is capable of receiving text messages. Your receipt of Girl Scout text messages is subject to the terms and conditions of your agreement(s) with your mobile carrier.

Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of Copper Sales’ control, and Copper Sales is not responsible or liable for issues arising from such network services (e.g., delayed or undelivered messages or the security of any messages).

Changes in SMS Terms and Conditions

We may modify these Terms from time to time with or without notice to you. Unless we indicate otherwise, modifications will be effective as of the date they are posted on this page or any successor page and supersede any prior Terms. You should look at the Terms regularly. Your continued opt-in to receive messages from Copper Sales following any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes. If you wish to opt out receiving communications from Copper Sales under the updated Terms, you may text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
